On Wednesday, two new smartphones were unveiled in India: the Realme Narzo 80 Pro 5G and the Narzo 80x 5G. The Pro version is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 processor, while the Narzo 80x features a MediaTek Dimensity 6400 chipset. Both models come with substantial 6,000mAh batteries, with the Pro variant supporting fast charging at 80W and the 80x at 45W. The Narzo 80 Pro boasts a cooling system measuring 6,050mm² and supports up to 90fps for BGMI gameplay. Pricing for the Realme Narzo 80 Pro 5G starts at Rs. 19,999 for the 8GB + 128GB model and extends to Rs. 21,499 for the 8GB + 256GB variant and Rs. 23,499 for the 12GB + 256GB option. It is available in three color finishes: Nitro Orange, Racing Green, and Speed Silver. In contrast, the Realme Narzo 80x 5G is priced at Rs. 13,999 for the 6GB + 128GB model and Rs. 14,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant, available in Deep Ocean and Sunlit Gold hues.

Consumers interested in the Realme Narzo 80 series can purchase the devices through Amazon and the Realme India website. An early bird sale for the Pro model is scheduled for today, April 9, from 6 pm until midnight. Both the Pro and Narzo 80x 5G will also be available for purchase on April 11 during the same time frame. Early buyers can enjoy a discount of up to Rs. 2,000. Moreover, Realme has announced exclusive benefits worth Rs. 1,299 for students purchasing the Realme Narzo 80 Pro 5G.

The Realme Narzo 80 Pro 5G features a 6.77-inch full-HD+ (1,080x2,392 pixels) curved AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, a touch sampling rate of up to 180Hz, a peak brightness of 800nits, a PWM dimming rate of 3,840Hz, and an Eye Protection mode. Under the hood, it is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 SoC combined with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The device runs on Realme UI 6 based on Android 15.

For photography, the Realme Narzo 80 Pro 5G comes with a dual rear camera setup, including a 50-megapixel primary sensor that supports optical image stabilization (OIS) and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor. The front-facing camera is equipped with a 16-megapixel sensor that has electronic image stabilization (EIS) for selfies and video calls. Additionally, the phone features a VC cooling system of 6,050mm² and supports 90fps for BGMI. It also includes a 6,000mAh battery with 80W wired SuperVOOC and 65W reverse charging capabilities, alongside an in-display fingerprint scanner for security. The device is rated for IP66, IP68, and IP69 dust and water resistance and has military-grade durability certification (MIL-STD-810H). Connectivity options consist of 5G, 4G, Wi-Fi 6, GPS, Bluetooth 5.4, and a USB Type-C port. The phone has dimensions of 162.75x74.92x7.55mm and weighs approximately 179g.

The Realme Narzo 80x 5G features a flat LCD display measuring 6.72 inches, with a full-HD+ resolution of 1,080 by 2,400 pixels. It boasts a refresh rate of 120Hz and supports touch sampling rates of up to 180Hz, all while maintaining a 20:09 aspect ratio and achieving a maximum brightness of 690 nits. This model is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 6400 SoC, which can be coupled with as much as 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and offers a storage capacity of up to 256GB. Like its Pro counterpart, the Narzo 80x 5G operates on Realme UI 6 based on Android 15.

In terms of photography, the device sports a primary rear camera with a resolution of 50 megapixels, accompanied by a secondary 2-megapixel sensor and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. The smartphone is powered by a robust 6,000mAh battery that supports 45W SuperVOOC fast charging. Furthermore, it is rated IP69 for protection against dust and water. Connectivity features align with those of the Pro version. The dimensions of the phone are 165.70 by 76.22 by 7.94 mm, and it weighs 197 grams.
