It seemed they had put their problems behind them. There was a short break. Now, the head of Tesla, Elon Musk, and the US leader Donald Trump are again attacking one another. This time, it is about the debated Epstein Files, with Musk asking why the President is not sharing papers about a guilty sex criminal. Musk also said that if his new America Party does well politically, showing the scandal will be a main goal. Musk wrote on X on Tuesday, “How can people trust Trump if he won’t show the Epstein files?” When someone asked if showing the Epstein files was important for the America Party, Musk said "yes" with an emoji. This happens after more people are interested in the long-hidden Epstein files.

Earlier in the week, a note from the Justice Department (DOJ) said that they would “not share anything else that is good or right” about Epstein’s death and friends. They also said that even after looking closely at items from Epstein’s home in Manhattan and private island, they did not find a “client list.” At a White House meeting with reporters, when Trump was asked about the Epstein client list, he did not answer. Attorney General Pam Bondi also ignored the question. “He killed himself,” she said, while Trump asked a reporter, “Are you still talking about Jeffrey Epstein?” Both Trump and Bondi had said before they would find Epstein’s group. In February, Bondi said in an interview that the client list was “on her desk.”

The DOJ’s recent words made people angry right away. Musk shared a funny picture of a clown putting on makeup, saying, “There is no Epstein list.” Conspiracy theorist Alex Jones also made fun of the words, saying, “Next, the DOJ will say ‘Actually, Jeffrey Epstein never even existed.’ This is very overdone.” Musk had said before without proof that Trump was named in secret Epstein papers, but he later removed this message and said he went “too far.” After looking like a strong business-political pair, Musk and Trump’s fight was clear and messy. They did not agree about Trump’s “tax and spending mega-bill,” and Musk has since started the America Party, promising to change what he calls the US’s “one-party system.” Trump answered by saying, “I think it’s silly to start a third party.” He added, “Third parties have never won... So he can enjoy it, but I find it silly.” He also made fun of Musk, calling him a “TRAIN WRECK” who had “lost his way.”
