Light cream cheese: 4 ounces or half cup
Toasted cinnamon-raisin bread: 8 slices
Toasted, finely chopped walnuts: 2 table spoons
Cored and thinly slices Bartlett pears: 2
Alfalfa Sprouts: 1 cup
