Playback singer Shreya Ghoshal has found a new home in Mumbai, situated in one of the city's top-tier areas. A report states that property registration papers were checked by Square Yards. Shreya Ghoshal, together with her mother Shamishtha Ghoshal and father Biswajit Ghoshal, has bought an apartment in Worli, Mumbai, for Rs 29.70 crore. According to the property registration records from IGR that Square Yards accessed, this apartment is part of Godrej Trilogy in Worli. The apartment features a carpet area of 2,430.06 sq ft (225.76 sq m) and a total area of 2,750.28 sq ft (255.51 sq m), including three parking spots. The transaction officially took place on April 1, 2026. The deal included a stamp duty fee of Rs 1.78 crore and registration costs of Rs 30,000.
Shreya Ghoshal is among India's most well-known playback singers. She gained fame after winning the reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa and made her first appearance in Bollywood with Devdas, achieving great success with songs like Bairi Piya. Born to Biswajit Ghoshal, who works as an electrical engineer, and Shamishtha Ghoshal, who holds a degree in literature, she has developed a successful career in various languages and film industries.
